Settlement of Khadijah Sultan Baygum and Raziyah Sultan Baygum with Shaykh Abu Turab, 1826
Properties, located at Ramjard in Fars, had been sold to Shaykh Abu Turab, the son of Shaykh Mufid, according to a previous contract. Now Mirza Abu al-Qasim Mir’ab, son of Mirza Muhammad, on behalf of Khadijah Sultan Baygum and Raziyah Sultan Baygum (Bibi Sahib), the daughters of Mirza Ja‘far (the grandfather of the author of this document), claims that some of these properties are their share of inheritance. Thus, a settlement is signed between Mirza Abu al-Qasim, on behalf of Khadijah Sultan Baygum and Raziyah Sultan Baygum, and Shaykh Abu Turab for sixty tumans compensation.

Settlement of Saltanat Khanum and Shaykh Muhammad Husayn, 1918
Saltanat Khanum [Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi's wife], the daughter of Haji Mirza Muhsin the merchant from Shiraz, settles the harvest from Malali Shirazi farm in Kinarah village of Fars, excluding the khums [one-fifth tithe] of the years mentioned, to Shaykh Muhammad Husayn, the son of Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi.

Includes two documents: 1- in the first document, dated November 16, 1880, Bibi Nusrat Sultan, the daughter of Shaykh Abu Turab the former Imam Jum‘ah of Fars, mortgages part of the Jalal Abad farm in exchange for fifty tumans for five years to Hajiyah Sakinah Bibi, the daughter of Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Husayn, and the monthly payment is settled for seven thousand and five hundred dinars. The properties of Asiyah Sultan, the daughter of the late Haj Shaykh Abu Turab (Imam Jum‘ah of Fars) and the wife of the late Mulla ‘Ali Akbar, which she inherited from her father, were divided after her death: Kayvan Sultan, her daughter, received one share and her son, Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Hasan Safih [the imbecile] two shares. Two settlements and two records of transfer of properties: 1-On March 28, 1899, Agha Baygum, the daughter of Haji Mirza ‘Ali Akbar from Khurasan and the wife of Haji Mirza Yahya (the overseer of Khafrak and Marvdasht) sells some properties, including the farm near Marvdasht, to Aqa Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi for one hundred and thirty tumans.
